On Friday May 22, 2026 I was left with no internet all day!! Due to cox internet crash, a lot was missed without WiFi!! I’m assuming we getting a credit for June 2026 bills it’s only fair!!

For $130 a month my connection is terrible. I’ve dealt with outages and consistent game kicks when it comes to online gaming. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I can’t even use one tv and two cellphones with out one of three devices lagging.

My bill, for 500MBS internet only, will got up to $104/month August 24th. Cox’s competition … Cityside, which is installed on my street … cost $80/month for 1GBS. When will Cox meet the competition, or should I just switch to Cityside Fiber now!?

Our internet has been dropping offline nightly for the last two - three weeks. Has anyone else having this issue? it is very frustrating!!

I don’t know how I owe 95 dollars when I made two payments for may $15 and $55 now it’s saying I owe &95

It’s every other day. I deal with an outage with Cox. If the wind blows, there’s an outage with Cox. And it doesn’t last for 20 minutes. It lasts for hours. I work from home. Why every other day there’s an outage?

Does anyone know why we are on day 4 of service interruptions?

When are we going to see a break on your ridiculous service prices from you guys, it also looks illegal to rip people off this way, it is literally impossible to talk to you guys and when we do simply don’t give a crap about the abuse..
