No Lights on my box

I have been in an outage all day and at the beginning of the day i had orange lights on my wifi box and now there are no lights and i can’t get in contact with support because of the outage. I literally got Cox a few weeks ago and have had nothing but issues. How do i get my wifi box to work? I haven’t had wifi all day.
