I keep seeing this when there are outages that last 7 hrs like last night. After some research it looks like you need an add on to the router? What’s the price or this monthly? I don’t understand why I pay for internet but yet need a backup internet.

WiFi calling with an iPhone does not work, any other phone does not. AI says COX has settings on their modems preventing Apple from working. How do I change those settings?

I need Cox to repair or replace the outdoor junction box. It is attached to the side of my house, missing the cover and the coax cables are hanging out in the weather.

I got an XBox 360 and it pulls the WiFi network but it fails the network test each time. A lot of the test results come up as blocked. I have tried everything and can’t seem to connect it. An ethernet cable can’t be used so I am all out of ideas on how to connect it to the WiFi. Does Cox not connect
