Packet loss in Gainesville Florida
Starting this week, I've increased packet loss a few times an hour. During these times, I'm not seeing DOCSIS channels resync, nor am I seeing my Arris SB8200 report any connectivity loss. This even happens overnight, and it also interferes with a Cox.com speed test when the packet loss is happening

I opened my cox email today to watch it go from all good and up to date to watch my inbox on my outlook/ AND ON THE WEBSERVER ONLY POST FROM AUG OF 2018!!! COULD SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME, THEY DIDNT DO IT AGAIN! IN 2015 THEY PERMANENTLY DELETED

Internet Upload Speed Drops at 7:00P.M. Everyday
