Cox Voice - a new no dial tone thread

old timey issue - no dial tone. Background. I have Cox fiber, ONT on the outside of the house. Cable runs up to the network panel in the MBR closet. I plug that into an Eero gateway router. Then I go from the eero to a dumb switch to breakout ethernet to 6 ports around the house. All as been working

Modem Restarting itself

There have been no legitimate problems with this modem-router, but it is when I'm in the middle of doing something and it decides to do this. Panoramic WiFi app not synced to gateway
