this is getting ridiculous with the constant 6+ hours of outages and no information on why. All they offer is buying a different product to have DURING OUTAGES HUUH? I am at zip code xxxx, what is going on???

I got an XBox 360 and it pulls the WiFi network but it fails the network test each time. A lot of the test results come up as blocked. I have tried everything and can’t seem to connect it. An ethernet cable can’t be used so I am all out of ideas on how to connect it to the WiFi. Does Cox not connect

How am I supposed to work?!? I can’t when the estimated up time is hours from now. This is ridiculous. Happened yesterday too. UGH!!!
