I had already made a payment the 1st of the month and I am being charged again. Even after the first payment the bill will show another charge. I need this fixed asap

I signed in to pay my bill and the connection was not working so it said it didn’t go through. So I refresh the app and then pay the whole bill and I am finally charged. I check my bank statements and see I was charged twice even though the first attempt didn’t go through on apple pay but did deduct

I work from home and have had internet outages daily on Friday, Monday and today! There’s no way these are UNEXPECTED or UNPLANNED outages. I have no other option but to drop Cox or lose my job.

I have had Cox for two years and this whole last year has been nothing but issues. The Internet keeps freezing things shut off. I call to figure out how to fix it and no one knows how to do anything. I restarted the modem I restarted everything turning things off closing out apps nothing
