Internet down again

This is ridiculous. I lost a whole day of work on Sunday and now I'm losing a half a day of work today. There's no explanation given and no offer of restitution. Time to look for another option.

Yes, Ours started around a month ago here and there going out. Now, it's multiple times a day. They were out 2 days ago for "maintenance" and now the service is way worse.

Im going to file a law suit against cox for turning my service off at midnight when they think I'm asleep.  I pay you for a service that you want to turn off at hours that you think people are sleep you have been doing this shit to me for a years

This is so freaking rediculous…. Cox never communicate with their customers regarding when an “update” will be taking place… I was SUPPOSED to start work at 4:00am today and of course when I attempted to log onto my desktop I get an alert that I don’t have internet…. And this is repetitive without an explanation. I’m going to look into getting service with another provider IMMEDIATELY

Same here. In the Western Skies subdivision this is happening day after day. I have to find a reliable alternative that is Affordable for high-speed internet with unlimited data only no cable. Anyone out there have any good suggestions? We can't keep doing this and they never tell you anything about what is going on and whatever they say about when the service will come on is just a number someone pulls out of their hat and it's never accurate. They charge way too much for never having reliable service.

Agreed with above. Moving to verizon this friday and canceling this horrible service. I work from home as well and have been blasted for 2 late projects this summer because of weekly outages. No explanation is not acceptable at home or in business. Very disappointed.

Yeah mine is currently down and has been down since at least 3am this morning when I woke up to use the bathroom. It's 10:27am now and it's still down and not scheduled to come back on until 12:49pm. That's if it even does when I checked at 7am it said it would be back on at 8:49am which did not obviously happen. Third time this week alone that the Internet has gone out in the middle of the night. You can get no answers from them and they will not give you a discount. I'm checking out starlink. If gladly trade low latency for better consistency at this point. It's kind of odd because when I lived in Colorado I had Xfinity and I can't remember a single time that it went out over the 3 years I had Xfinity. Cox goes out on a weekly basis.
