Poor Customer Service

I called and cancelled my Cox internet because they were taking advantage of me. I was getting charged $80 for very poor internet service and may I add cox has gone up in price at least twice while I've been with them (over the span of 2-3yrs) and service has not gotten any better. They make it so hard to cancel, I couldn't even find a phone number to call so here I am on this little chatbot for over an hour just to try and get rid of this crap. During my call, I was reassured that I wasn't going to get charged anymore since I was a cancelling the service. Fastforward 2 1/2 weeks later, I get a $80 charge from Cox. Here I am again, on this chatbot two specialists later trying to get some answers in regards to my canceled service. So I am not only dealing with poor internet service but also poor customer service? COX DO BETTER. 

Follow up, when I called weeks ago my service was never canceled. The su[Edited as per community Guidelines]isor today verified that my request was never completed. That is super suspicious. Watch out guys.
