Worst internet service

Cox has been the worst internet service I’ve ever experienced. Outages happen frequently in my area, and it often takes hours for the service to be restored. On top of that, the customer support staff is unresponsive and unhelpful.

As paying customers, especially those of us who rely on stable internet to work from home, we expect better service. These constant outages disrupt my work and affect others in my household who need the internet for their jobs and interviews. It’s incredibly frustrating and has a significant impact on our daily lives.

Same. Very frustrating. If I find anything better, I'm gone, and I've been a customer for quite a few years.

OMG!! Every time I have an issue with Cox, which is almost every day. I hate calling them because they are never helpful. Nothing been fixed and they are one of the extremely rudest people I ever met in my life even the managers we spent so much money every month treated this way. if I can’t find anything better I will be gone so quickly. I have been with Cox over 20 years the old days they were extremely nice and helpful now when you call them one person don’t know what’s going on. They keep transferring me just to fix a one issue. I have to speak with six people still not get help. Still not my Wi-Fi not being fixed. I am not sure they are really reading the comments customer putting up there how unhappy they are you guys need to stop saying sorry trying to listen to your customers .. what you guys marketing and promising people reliable Internet or TV it is not true. I think that’s a big consumer issue. You guys need to fix.🔥🔥
