Why is cox's upload ping awful?
Ever since cox upgraded their nodes in the tempe/scottsdale AZ area my upload ping has been extremely high. Seems like cox planned for download being used but not upload by any resident. https://www.waveform.com/tools/bufferbloat?test-id=3be1906f-ea6c-4047-9a78-6fb84f9bd7af getting 5 unloaded ping,

Unstable Internet Connection

Browser showing myemail.cox.net/appsuite/ is not a secure website plus I am being redirected to another cox url.
When I pull up the cox email login page why is it redirected from myemail.cox.net/.../ to this: www.cox.com/.../mail.html Also why does my browser (firefox) warn me that myemail.cox.net/appsuite/ is not a secure website and that it is using cross-site cookies?

Sorry, the website www.www.twandahill.com cannot be found
When I enter my site in the browser, it looks for www.www instead of just www.twandahill.com and gives me an error message. This just started a week ago and I don't know how to clear it. I have cleared my cache several times to no avail. Please help.
