Trying to upgrade my Gigabyte Modem/router with telephone Line, Cox website only refers to the Arris TM 3402 for Gigablast and phone line. But by manufacture that model is obsolete, which live me with no options. So Cox where I can get a brand new Arris TM 3402?

I only getting around 16 Mbps on my 50 Mbps plan? Using SB 6141 modem and Linksys EA6900 Router. This pc is connected to the router by ethernet cable and I have seen the 50 Mbps or more in the past. Sup? Thanks, Brad

I'm a new Panoramic user. Is there a way to force a specific device to only connect to a 5Ghz band and not 2.4? The Firestick is much happier when it's getting the good stuff.

Speed test shows 11 mbps download speeds. Downloading a huge file from a European server running at gigabit speeds I get 40 kilobits per second! Other U.S. users -- non-Cox -- of these files see megabit download speeds. Apparently, Cox is throttling the bit rate. I'm paying for speed, so what's up,

I love how we get a legitimate Cox email to ask us to update information & the link provided (www.cox.com/.../my-account) returns the dreaded : ERROR 404 - PAGE NOT FOUND. Ridiculous...

So after my area did the Midsplit upgrade my upstream power levels are wonky. The 4 new channels are way higher than the the original 4. So bad that I lose them after a while. What's the fix? Help

Current settings for outgoing are encryption STARTTLS, Port 587. I have tried variations but I always get a message that says outlook was not able to update settings.
