Quick question guys. I was messing with setting that I shouldnt of been on the router. In the menu directly to its IP Now it wont connect to anything Wi-Fi. Can I just do a master reset maybe?

if you do have to have it how can i put a lock on it

My download is FINE at 900Mbps+ it will occasionally drop to 400Mbps on a speed test but upload is constantly dropping from 10Mbps to 0.01Mbps and its leaving me unable to play FFXIV, Fortnite and even stream some youtube which is amazing at having 950Mbps download and youtube manages to buffer out

High ping, high jitter, get low speeds. Modem showing blinking download path. FIX THESE ISSUES!! Give me the speed I am paying for. Reconfigure my modem on YOUR end to work correctly. Anyone else having connectivity issues in West Wichita? They tell me there is an outage with an unknown ETA for 3 days now. Its getting ridiculous that no one has more information as to what caused it, or when it will be fixed.

Does Cox offer/sell SLAs for home Internet? If not, how about business Internet?
