How am I paying $94 a month and using a fraction of my data only for my internet to keep stalling while I’m less than 10 feet from my router?

Very unhappy that cox always have an outage but charge so much for service!! I have assignments to complete and unable to complete them because my internet is out and most likely won’t be back on until 3pm.

I can’t even load up a YouTube video that’s how bad cox internet has become yall need to fix this right away and yall don’t need my email just send a field maintenance crew to fix it stop wasting my time

I canceled my service, and even though on autopay they sent me email for final partial payment. I can't log into my account because they closed it. I went on chat with live agent they couldn't access it, told me to go to store. Not going to put any further time into it and no way to make a 'service
