Panoramic WiFi modem connection is hot
I have a 2-3 month old modem running on a small table with nothing near it and full 360 ventilation. But when my internet went out recently, I noticed the metal fitting where the coaxial cable plugs in is very hot to the touch. I bought a new cable, but it’s still hot. Is this a problem? Fire hazard

Cox Business: Cell backup not working
We have a cradlepoint, which is for cell backup if the hardlined coax goes out. We want to simulate the cell backup to test it, so Cox advised us to unscrew the coax cable from the modem. When we do this the cell backup never kicks in. No matter what we do we cannot get the cell backup to kick in. T

Been having issues with my devices not establishing upnp and my nat type being moderate went to the cox WiFi app then the panoramic app, after that the cox website and found nothing, went back in the app and on the app I found the port forwarding tab and the whole tab was disabled, I have the CGM414

Cox refusing to cancel my service
Cox is refusing to cancel my services. I gave them the only pin I’ve ever used for anything they’re claiming it’s incorrect. They refused to allow me to speak to a manager and are demanding I go in person to cancel. Completely unprofessional and the chat agent never responds.
