Any updates on fixing the issues ?
I get it , yall are bots and can’t handle criticism but holy duck yall could just fix the problem and get my internet to work please I asking nicely yall don’t need to keep robbing peoples money like that just fix the issue , weather shouldn’t be a problem, yall need to fix like for real

This is a forum for customers to assist one another, if you need help from Cox you need to contact them directly. That being said -
What modem/router are you using? Do you have a computer connected via ethernet, or only WiFi? What does the connection light on the modem show?
