Why is my internet so bad today ?
I can’t even load up a YouTube video that’s how bad cox internet has become yall need to fix this right away and yall don’t need my email just send a field maintenance crew to fix it stop wasting my time

I would recommend securing a technician to visit, and if there is an issue in your neighborhood, the tech will escalate accordingly.
