I get this message about 15 times every hour. What is the problem?!! It's hard to get any work done. I've been on multiple browsers, same problem. Every time that I try to delete, send, write, search for an email I get it.

I'm not very familiar with anything regarding the event log, but my issues as of lately have been inconsistent speeds up and down, and packet loss quite often. Is there anything in my event log that would indicate these issues?

How can I get service to my basement? My house has 3 floors and the router is on the top however we get inconsistent connection downstairs in the basement level.
