A little GOOD NEWS Today

My Internet was acting different today, so I reset the modem and then did a speed test. I have 1G service. Well low and behold 930 down and 117 up. The 117 up was a nice change form 36 and thank you Cox. Running SB8200 modem and Orbi mesh system in Oklahoma.

Internet Outage in Queen Creek AZ

I woke up this morning to no internet service. After the usual router restart and troubleshooting I contacted cox support and after I declined to pay $75 to have a technician come out (I have my own modem) I was given a trouble ticket number and told that I would get a call back within 24-48 hours.
