Upload speed

I’ve been having a consistent 1.mb upload for 2 weeks now. I’ve called 2 technicians and received a new router just to have an even lower upload speed and now packet loss. This is insane.

Time to drop COX

Cox Internet is out AGAIN! Been with them for YEARS, now the passed few months the service is out more than it’s working. When I complain it magically comes back on suddenly. I think Cox will soon be out of business cause they apparently can’t compete. They are raising prices and lowering service!

Why would you guys shut internet down during peak gaming hours!?

There's so many outages now that I'm thinking where's the reduced rates if you're going to reduce the internet! How about fixing the current system?? What is actually causing these outages?? What if someone works from home??
