Panoramic WiFi app not synced to gateway

I had to get a new gateway for my home internet and now my panoramic WiFi app is no longer synced to the gateway. The gateway is showing on my account in the web portal. I cannot login to the app on any device. I am attaching a screenshot of the error. I have contacted support and even gone back into the store. I really need a resolution. Pictures broken here. Might be some way to do it but easier to use Imgur and post link here.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? Also, has it been 24 hours since swap? Back end might just need time to update.

"it's a known issue internally at cox. we've had a ton of people running into that error and there's nothing that can be done by cox tech support to resolve it at the moment. we just have to wait until they fix it server side."

A little bird told me they recently changed their customer database platform and that could be part of what is causing the delay.
