Cox is messing with us

Cox keeps cutting in and out in and out. Everytime! They offer their equipment. I bought great equipment and configured it correctly. Only when I fussed did I ever see speed come close to amazing. That’s here in Henderson NV. At my uncles house in Summerlin, same issue internet keeps cutting in and out every day. He pays for 2g and I pay for 2g. I’m starting to look for a different service provider this is getting ridiculous. I’ve asked my neighbors if they are having the same problem and they say yes they are. So, not equipment, just horrible service

If we get enough people together we can file a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST COX FOR NOT DELIVERING THE PRODUCT THEY SAID THEY WOULD.

LoL. First, have you read your terms of service? You dont have a service level agreement. If you dont like it, stop paying. Next, how you going to get bloodfrom a stone? Cox wont even be a thing in a year or two. Spectrum/Charter owns them. Last, you really think Cox will allow discussion of a lawsuit on their forum? No wonder your post took a full day for the mods to clear.

Yup, having the same exact issue. Called them to have a technician come, i scheduled an appt two days in advance for 1-3pm, I received NO WORD from them until 3:40pm when they said they were "on their way, and would be here in 25-30 minutes". Then I got another call just now at 6 pm, over two hours later, asking me to reschedule to Thursday (two days from now). I work from home and the internet cutting out every 5 minutes is putting my job at risk.
