I have had Cox for two years and this whole last year has been nothing but issues. The Internet keeps freezing things shut off. I call to figure out how to fix it and no one knows how to do anything. I restarted the modem I restarted everything turning things off closing out apps nothing

There hage been at least 4 lengthy Internet o outages within the last month or so. Are we being credited for time lost and inconvenience? In Centennial Hills area Las Vegas.

Why is the internet going down constantly? This is the 4th time just this week. You guys suck!

Received my new router and removed old router. Cannot connect this to WiFi. Please help

The last week have been extremely agitating with breaks in service 2 or 3 times a day for about the last week. The crashes last anywhere for 2 to 10 minutes. AT&T fiber optics is looking better every day, but I have been with cox for years and look for them to fix these issues.

My internet with cox drops out repeatedly, it does it every day during the day and at night. It has just gotten worse over time. Super frustrating
