So we are on day 5 of routine outages here in Oklahoma City north. Every day they act like it’s a surprise but 3 of those days were at 4-10pm and 1 day was a Saturday of the Kentucky derby. Seems like a volume problem but every day the act like it’s a one off surprise. Hey how about solving this intelligently or give us a free day of service for your failure to provide service?? That would focus your team on doing a good job instead of a fast lazy job.
