email spam since switch to YAHOO
I used to NEVER get spam when Cox hosted their email servers. Since the switch to Yahoo, I am receiving many spam messages and newsletters I never subscribed to. Am I alone in this, or have others noticed it also? However Cox used to filter out the spam, it was very effective and it's too bad Yahoo

Intermittent service
For the past 2 weeks I have had intermittent connection. The fancy Panoramic modem/router will lose connection anywhere between every 5-30 minutes. I got a replacement panoramic device and new cables. I have reset it on my end and through customer support. This does not seem like an isolated issue a

How about fixing the outages?
Two days in a row without internet for most of the day. Your service is expensive, your support is horrible and you should be improving the infrastructure or automatically crediting fees for outages. AT&T here i come.
