Modem Restarting itself

There have been no legitimate problems with this modem-router, but it is when I'm in the middle of doing something and it decides to do this. This has been an off an on thing since I've gotten it and I assume there is some sort of silly trigger that I can't see and turn off for this to happen. 

Essentially the modem restarts itself. It doesn't happen all the time, matter a fact it can be weeks or even months before it happens again.. Or it can happen 2 or 3 nights in a row. Without reason based on what the cox website is telling me and the fact that nothing else is wrong with it. Every single time I check if there's an outage first, but there are no reports of one(Signing up for cox notifications and the like doesn't actually warn any of those kinds of things anyway). Internet isn't intermittent neither before or after it restarts, but in spite of that it restarts.

I don't appreciate getting in trouble if that happens. Maybe there is an outage and the website is useless with the information it isn't providing. First time I've decided to post about it.
