How can I change the WiFi name

THE FINANCIAL AGREEMENTS THAT HAVE BEEN PLACED ON MY ACCOUNT, THAT I NEVER AGREED TO OR KNEW THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, HAS BECOME OFFICIAL SINCE COX FORCED MY HAND TO PAY. I WAS ENCOURAGED TO MAKE PAYMENTS, EVEN THOUGH I DIDN'T GET ANY CLEAR UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT'S GOING TO HAPPEN TO MY ACCOUNT ON T

My internet connection drops constantly every 3-8 minutes. Occasionally more frequently. This all started when there was a big outage and it took them 2 days to restore service in my area. I know this is not on my end. Hard wired or wireless. Same issues.

When are yall gonna listen and fix the currrent internet problem can’t use shit , I should get a voucher or refund for the pass months since yall like to steal money and not fix the problem

So once again I have no internet like this is getting ridiculous what am I paying for the outages or the service because I have more outages than service

My internet goes out every week on Thursdays, but the time varies. This affects both my personal internet service and the building WiFi simultaneously. I also do not have cellular service inside my unit, so I lose all connectivity. This is disrupting my ability to work. This appears to be a building

I pay $190 a month for internet only and my services are constantly going in and out. Do better cox yall charge higher than any other internet provider and service has been worse than ever.

Anyone else just have the worst time with Cox or is it any internet in Bethany, OK? I know Cox is freaking horrible. Spotty internet, constant internet outages, etc. You go it your driveway and it drops like 2 bars so the internet is slow. Ridiculous! So close to changing to someone else
