CONSTANT INTERNET ISSUES.

My internet connection drops constantly every 3-8 minutes. Occasionally more frequently. This all started when there was a big outage and it took them 2 days to restore service in my area. I know this is not on my end. Hard wired or wireless. Same issues.

When is Cox going to give us credit for all the outages?  Sick and tired of excuses.  Either fix the problem or we’ll change services.

Hi,

 

Because of the way our network is segmented, most outages only affect a relatively small number of homes. A small number of homes.  An outage affecting you hem is often limited to a few nearby neighborhoods at most. I will be glad to look into this with you on a one-to-one basis. They aren’t gonna help , I wouldn’t even talk to them , I would not ask for a refund or voucher until they fix the issue (my internet been going in and out for like 8 months ) lmk how that goes keep me updated
