Panoramic gigabit SLOW ....

Installed Panoramic gigabit in mid-May (with Pods) and achieved 347mbps maximum download. Never higher. Since then I'm averaging only 25mbps DL! Called support many times and always get nothing except the standard "reboot your router". Any thoughts on a fix? Any opinions on another ISP?
