Cox is a scam

Transferred my services in January and paid my bills on time but apparently the did not cancel my old apartment and was being charge on 2 accounts. They turned off my internet and refused to refund my payments I was making on one account to pay for the other. They “submitted” a refund request but when I called back for an update  I was told that the ticket number for the request did not exist. After an hour on the phone they tell me it was denied because there was no cancellation request even though I provided phone records of me calling in to cancel the request.. just run this company will scam you for your money and use every excuse not to make it right
