Panoramic gigabit SLOW ....
Installed Panoramic gigabit in mid-May (with Pods) and achieved 347mbps maximum download. Never higher. Since then I'm averaging only 25mbps DL! Called support many times and always get nothing except the standard "reboot your router". Any thoughts on a fix? Any opinions on another ISP?

Cox WiFi pod will not reconnect
I upgraded to the panoramic Wi-Fi and purchased a Cox pod extender. It worked great for 3 weeks. Now the pod is off line and will not connect. Is the pod bad?

Frequent outages consistently low speeds, and no help from customer service.
My internet goes out almost everyday here in New Orleans. When I do have a connection I average around 14mbps download when I am paying for the the preferred package that should be getting 100bps. I have the panorama modem as well so it is not a hardware issue. Without warning they shut my internet

Panoramic Modem Ethernet Rubber-Banding
I am plugged into the Panoramic modem through a cat 6 ethernet cord, and am getting average speeds of 35 mbps download and 1.4 ish mbps upload, and am paying for 100/10. Suspicious internet routing
Have been playing an online game everyday for years now and the host is a server farm in TX and periodically the gameplay will start skipping and lots of lag so I will run WinMTR and observe packet loss. Very slow speeds
I was having connectivity issues so I purchased a new modem, the Arris SB8200. i already called to activate it. My speed isn't anywhere near where it should be considering that I'm on the Premier plan. Using the Speedtest.net site, I found that I'm getting approximately 17Mbps down and 9.56Mbps up.
