Cox used to be SO stable. Now dropping every day. Googling codes suggest its a line issue?

I've had Cox in two different homes over the past 16 years and have been happy Starting in August or September my wifi started dropping and thought it was the Eero. My setup is Cox>Arris SB8200>Eero.

Eero Support noticed drops on the line which then made the wifi reconnect. I finally got access to to 192.168.100.1 and I can see the exact moments it drops corresponds to a code, and the last few days I've coincidentally been next to the modem and have seen the status lights change. It's quick but enough that the Eero then has to reconnect.

Seeing events like:

DHCP RENEW WARNING - Field invalid in response v4 option

CM-STATUS message sent. Event Type Code: 16

Received Response to Broadcast Maintenance Request, But no Unicast Maintenance opportunities received - T4

Started Unicast Maintenance Ranging - No Response received - T3

Dynamic Range Window Violation

My coax comes into the house, to a media hub, then to the kitchen, with a short coax from the wall jack to the modem. It's the only device on the entire system. Connections look clean and tight.

Suggestions? Do modems die out? The Arris might be >6 years old.

Hello,

T4 and T3 errors are indicative of a possible signal issue. I recommend sending us an email with your full name, address, and a brief description of this concern to cox.help@cox.com

Thanks,
-Allan
