Ridiculous unreliability

All these Cox outages on nights and weekends,  is completely UNACCEPTABLE.  It's really strange that the service works great, and then constantly for 2+ days, the outages are non-stop. Luckily, I have a Hotspot on my phone, but my home Internet should be MORE reliable than my cell service.

AT&T fiber is in my area, and I was not going to switch because of pricing, but I need RELIABLE Internet, not sometimes Internet. Do better or it's about to be a mic drop!!

Agree. For my case it expected to take 8 hours to fix a problem. It shows outage until 10pm. Well, that just means no internet for weekends. I did not pay for internet to only use it at non peak hours after midnight.

Have been dealing with the same issues! Happened on Sunday night when I got back from vacation to find out it started Saturday night since my ring camera had no footage. Now, it’s currently happening, the all day outage. I am so over paying all this money for the services to never work! I work nights and it’s upsetting not being able to enjoy the services I pay for! Currently working on my complaint to the FCC. Enough is enough.
