DISCONNECTING DISABLED CLIENTS...

I HAD EVERY INTENTION OF CANCELLING SERVICES WITH COX, SO THEY CHOSE TO LIE TO ME, SO THAT I WOULD PAY THIS OVER  CHARGE(A DISABLED CUSTOMER ON FIXED INCOME)AND NO SOONER THAT I PAID THE MAJORITY & WAS TOLD THAT THE EXTRA FEES I COULD HAVE WAIVED, MY INTERNET SERVICES WERE INTERRUPTED A LITTLE OVER A WEEK LATER.. PLEASE SPARE ME THE 'THIS FORUM CANT HELP YOU' SPEECH. COX IS JUST DISGUSTING
