Big update(Outage) in AZ
There is a outage planned for today that will effect parts of AZ(Phoenix?) that will upgrade the infrastructure. Could just be a node split to increase capacity but some say it will be a mid-split adding upstream OFDMA channels. Anyone effected? Anyone seeing upstream OFDMA now? See thread here.

packet loss 5-15% for weeks
Can someone please provide me with an official cox IP to run packet loss testing? I typically run PL tests to google servers but this hasn't been sufficient proof of an internal issue. All I know is EVERYTHING I test has packet loss during the intermittent bouts throughout the day.

EBB rate decreasing
Just got an email saying my EBB benefits are decreasing on prepaid internet, straight up. The stipend is going from 50.00 to 30.00. I was wondering if i could change to the 29.99 plan, and still keep the EBB benefit? Thank you in advance.

Internet goes down at 8:37 am and pm every single day.
As the subject says: Every day my internet connection goes down at exactly 8:37am and then again at 8:37pm. I would guess this has to do with the DHCP Lease. Is there a way to change it so it isn't twice a day? THose times are very inconvenient as those are peak times for internet usage for me.

Internet Speeds Capped for Months
I have been paying for Gigablast internet for just about a year now, but the last 3-4 months my WiFi speeds have been capped at just under 300mb/s. I called Cox Support a couple times when it began and all I was told was that the nodes are "oversaturated" from increased data usage of nearby people.
