Paid for 500 Mbps Plan but got only 107 Mbps speed!
Paid for $ 94 dollars every month since Covid.
Tested today: Download Mbps: 107.7 Upload Mbps: 9.15
I got even less than $55 plan's service!
Every month I tend to receive a data limit notification very close to the payment date, which already seems unusual. This month in particular, I received a data limit notification on Wednesday, and then just two days later on Friday I received a bill totaling $184.00.
Called in and got kicked around.

What speed tool did you use? Different websites will report different speeds. Even the same website will report a different speed when a different server is selected. Here are just a few websites to choose from.
https://www.speedtest.net/
https://fiber.google.com/speedtest/
https://www.cox.com/residential/support/internet/speedtest.html
The first two links consistently report similar Internet speeds, which are typically higher than the third link for Cox. When choosing a website, try several servers. Some servers will always report slower speeds than others.
