New Construction - move existing Cox pedestal

I am an existing customer who is building a home.  Cox's utility pedestal is located where my driveway will be and I need to have it moved.  The construction address is:  4732 Afton Lane  Roanoke, VA  xxxx

I'm truly sorry to hear that you haven't been contacted. If you've emailed us at Cox.Help@cox.com with your information for support, then our support teams there may be able to pull that up and investigate further. Or are you saying that you haven't received a reply to your email? As far as I know we haven't been experiencing an issue receiving emails recently. If you aren't seeing a reply, perhaps check your spam folder, or send your information once again.

Someone did call me to verify my email and said I would be contacted by a field service provider which has not happened.
