My Internet has been out since 10:45 am on yesterday. As a result I have lost a full day of work. We are now going on day 2. How long will this issue continue?

My internet has been out for over 24 hours I keep getting updates saying you found the problem and it will be back on by this time. That has been impossible because everytime the time comes up it gets extended people have home business and can't do that because of this. So when will the internet be back on?

What modem are you using? Are ALL services out, or just internet? (Or do you have other services?). What lights are on the modem currently?
