This Internet Service is the Absolute Worst!
I can’t stand Cox. Their service and support are the worst. My internet goes down for ~6 hours at a time multiple times a week, and the last couple of times I contacted them, they said they wouldn’t do anything about it because I have their StayConnect device, which DOES NOT WORK well and is something I pay for monthly.
Terrible company and terrible service/support. If you see this, jump ship ASAP if you can. I’m personally counting the days until I have another option.

I plan to switch providers in about 7 months,my subdivision is letting another provider to put new underground service in. I pay for up to 500 MBPS,I ran various speed checks over three days. I ran 300 speed check runs got an average of just over 325MBPS. COX’S SUCKS.
