Outages
The last few months of outages is insane. I had Direct TV / AT&T and maybe recall twice in 10 years it going down. Cox is a regular occurrence and the messaging of when it will come back is never accurate. I even paid less for AT&T/DT. Get your act together. No way to run a business and is hurting my business.
