call centers lieing they are not in america
what great customer service. your call centers are CLEARLY overseas. your workers lied to me and said theyre in az, they are NOT!!!! i can barely understand them and when i asked them they couldnt tell me the city they were in, QUIT OUTSOURCING TO OTHER COUNTRIES!!!!!!! ill just quit and go with quantum fibre as its in my area. you lied to me and i really really dont want to business with a dishonest company.
