Daily Internet outages

I swear every single day, my Internet goes out for like 5 to 10 minutes every hour. It takes about 30 minutes talking to a live agent just to get a two dollar credit to my account. It’s driving me insane I am about to switch Internet companies. Is anyone else having this issue

Yes it’s been happen for the past 9 months just switch they aren’t gonna do anything just leave while you still can I’m switching to quantum fiber

imho they oversell their services to everyone, and they send you to asia to talk to a csr, i cannot understand them and am going with quantum fibre, its worse than dialup where i live. the only way to stop this is to contact your representitive and make sure they only sell to americans, if there not us citizens they shouldnt be able to offer services to them.  if there not us citizens they shouldnt be able to hire them either. i live on the border and it gets esp bad during the holidays i avg 15kbps for weeks on end due to all the mexican visitors. we all pay for this, its our country, think about the amount of economic losses it is costing us due to this.
