We have been having outages at least twice a week for the last two or three weeks, which is affecting my home business. What is going on with Cox lately? I am in Vegas

My Ring alarm security camera, smoke detector, base and doorbell goes offline every night. The wifi in the house to other devices like our phones are full signal and working just fine. The Ring system also works just fine during the day until around 11 or midnight and all of Ring system goes offline

I don’t know why but I keep getting disconnected from my games cause the internet is taking a shit. I pay for 1gig inet and on my speed tests it says 50up and 30down. it’s been like this for the last few days it’s even worst at like 12midnight. what’s going on ?

911 has been called and Cox knows there is an outage, but I want to alert someone at Cox that its a male and female breaking the Cox boxes in the alley. No where does it allow me to do it.
