Man and women breaking our Cable boxes in the alley. There is no where to report

@DorisM​ i finally spoke to someone in the tech department who said she'd set an appointment for tomorrow lol. I tried to explain this info needs to get to the team currently working the outage. I don't think she understood.  I'm beyond done at this point. Took over an hour to try to even speak to someone.
