Is $50 Internet with unlimited data and streaming only available as an add-on?

I have had power outages for the past month almost every single day and it leads on into the night no one can tell me what is causing this other than crappy service from cox. Why, with a bill of $340 a month does my wifi constantly drop? Neighbor has cox and just got tracfone home internet with PERFECT connectivity. Why stick with cox????

What the hell is being done to get the service back up? If it is parts failure, people need to know. These bs updates targeting service being up every 3 hours is not working. Internet has been out for more than 48 hours. All the repair estimate time does is give a time and then when that time is reached it will just add 3 more hours and then so. Says repair time will be at 11:05 am today but I bet it will just change automatically to 2:05pm once it hits

It happened 2 weeks ago - outage for 12 hours. This time, after 27 hours, it still not up. I made a call to tech support number, but they hung up on me. Estimated repair time has been updated until 3:01pm, now the update text messages are e not coming any more. What is going on????
