Currently outage in my area since last night still not up .. bill due Friday network issue, first I was receiving time frames now no time frame just our team is working on it, internet box flashing orange.. ugh been over 12 hours

Is $50 Internet with unlimited data and streaming only available as an add-on?

Why, with a bill of $340 a month does my wifi constantly drop? Neighbor has cox and just got tracfone home internet with PERFECT connectivity. Why stick with cox????

What the hell is being done to get the service back up? If it is parts failure, people need to know. These bs updates targeting service being up every 3 hours is not working.
