Ever since a scheduled maintenance 4 days ago my connection drops intermittently. It drops every few minutes, sometimes with intervals that last only a few seconds before it drops again. It's essentially unusable, but the technician who came this morning says he can't see any issues with the connect

So I have the 1tb data plan but when I look at the the plans online it says unlimited data, I hit my 1tb limit but NOTHING in my apartment has wifi. Can someone please explain why this is happening. It's been 3 days since it maxed out

Seems to always have internet down in our area. Seems to more frequent. Our rates get raised for unreliable internet service. Our internet is great when it works.

Guess what? My internet connection is down once again. Cox service is simply the worst. I’m fully aware that there’s nothing that can be done about it, but I want to raise awareness about this issue. Cox please don't bother replying to my message or suggesting that I call a telephone to discuss it.

Apparently there is a planned outage affecting our service. Since this was planned why weren't we notified that it would occur?
