Every time it rains…
…the internet goes down in my area I’m on the north east side of Tucson, and as much as I disliked Cox for thier business practices, this did not happen under them. Does anyone know what the underlying cause is?

Dealing with this issue as well on north east side. Been down all day and yesterday. Told the same crappy excuse that a tech is on it.
