Our internet has been out since yesterday. I have two school age children at home. There has been no new updates this is unacceptable. I shouldn’t have to take the kids to my mom’s house for the internet.

Internet is down in North Omaha again. Passed the time they said they’ll fix it. Sucks when the kids are home with nothing to do after they’ve ran around enough outside. Cox still hasn’t gotten it together. Looking for another service as I type. Smh

I thought I just paid for the most expensive unlimited Internet plan and for some reason I’m still getting emails about me going over my data?

Our COX Internet has been down multiple times a week for several months. They charge exorbitant prices for poor service. I called and complained asking for a reduction in my monthly rate and got rejected. I’m looking elsewhere!

This happens every single month and this time its been almost 24 hours of this outage. Do you not have employees to fix this i dont understand?!
