Constant Packet Loss
For the past few months I have been experiencing packet loss in every game I have played on a wired connection and it makes any game unplayable. I believe it to be an issue on the end of cox because it doesn't seem to be a single game occurence. It happens across every game played. I used traceroute

Cannot maintain tv connections. Speeds not good
I upgraded to Gigoblast with Panoramic Gateway about a month ago. Since that time, I have had nothing but problems. My televisions are all smart tvs and I must reconnect them daily. Also, I have not gotten speeds above 240 mbps. Honestly, my previous service was much better for less money. I've trie

More info about CM-STATUS messages in log
If you're seeing CM-STATUS Event Type Code 16 messages in your modem logs, based on the paper I've linked below it looks like those messages indicate noise on the OFDM channel. When you see CM-STATUS Event Type Code 24, that means the noise has cleared up. If I'm reading this correctly, as long as t

Ugh. Here we go again!
Had a stable connection for about 2 weeks after the last tech visit. Of course they identified it as a problem in the plant and not with my equipment. They traced it to a neighbor who had connected an old/defective coax cable. Today we're back to packet loss and T3 timeouts happening multiple times
