Port forwarding troubles

I'm currently attempting to port forward my router, however whenever I hit the button in the Cox app it keeps telling me to contact support in order to manage my account. It redirected me here.

Hi, there. I'm sorry for the difficulty with enabling port forwarding on your Panoramic modem and I'd like to help. The port forwarding feature is still available in the app. Are you using specifically the Panoramic Wifi app? If so, please provide the exact steps before you reach this error and thank you, in advance. -Chris
