Regular down time almost everyday of the week.
Why Does Cox Internet go down repeatedly and usually the same time everyday. Wouldn’t they want to be proactive and explain this important nuisance to us who have deal deal with it.

Yeah gonna tell you to email them like it’s the 2000s bruh I wouldn’t go in person either cuz they are sales people they don’t know squat about it either I suggest either calling tech support but I heard they are kinda rude and call people liars or legit just try to get a major refund or get at least 2 months free bc it’s not the service you are paying for or the service you aren’t even using
