Why does this keep happening?
I thought it was the modem. It was damaged so i returned it and got a new one and im having the same issue. My internet just randomly stops working. Then o see on the forum im not the only having thos issue. What is going on? Yall bumping up prices bit cant even get the services being paid for running without have these stupid issues.

sledney29, I understand changing out your modem did not fix your issue. This means the problem may be at the street, in the wiring, or the Network.
