Why can I not access chat support?

Hello, I am so close to closing my account. I have constant 5 and 25 fees that haven't been explained to me and wasn't aware of until now, billing is the longest wait, and they are closed early 2 days in a row (Thursday and Friday) and I work day shift so I have a short time window to call. I require my internet for personal services and you have banned me from chat to get this readily fixed a while ago, I still have zero idea why and don't know why you can't give me a solid answer, I want that fixed.

How are you going to ban me from live chat? I am having a terrible experience with cox and this is absolutely ridiculous, how are you gonna hire support that can barely even understand my questions, and just immediately transfer me to a long wait that'll just hang up on me or after waiting 10 minutes I get they are closed right now, what a joke. 

I have never had so many issues with outages, slow speed, random consistent drops effectively killing any important continuous streams. I will be switching if I do not get unbanned from chat, these fees waives or reimbursed.
