Hi kevinosorio126. The best way to cancel your service is to contact an Account Specialist via phone at 1-888-438-6673 between the hours of 8 am - 8 pm Monday - Friday and 9 am - 6 pm on Saturdays. Thanks, Lisa Cox Support Forums Moderator
Price increase and storage size did not I find a cheaper rate with another company
