Extremely high daily data usage

I'm having trouble with the ping spikes while gaming, when I checked the Cox network status I saw the uncorrectable codewords in 5 indexes. Two spikes in data usage, 109gb, 71gb nothing at home to explain these spikes any ideas
On 5/21, data usage showed a spike of 109gb, on 6/9, data usage spiked to 71gb. Since i work from home, I expected an increase, but nothing has changed in my home network to explain these spikes. Any ideas
