Panoramic Modem/Router set to bridge mode keeps rebooting periodically

My modem is probably 3 months old. About 3 weeks ago it started rebooting itself for no apparent reason. I have it set in Bridge mode so I can use my own firewall and router. I've noticed my upstream signal on all channels are 52 or greater. Is that a problem? I also don't get full gigabit service..

Slow upload speeds (1.0 - 3.0) I have gigablast 940/35

Upload speeds are slow and I have packet loss (uncorrectable errors in log). The best upload I've seen using Cox speed test is just shy of 3.0. I pay for the gigablast, so max speeds would be 940/35. Obviously, no one sees max, but I should be getting a lot better than what I'm getting. Download is
